At Vita & Vows, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing when applicable.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $65 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Orders under $65 will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Vita & Vows’ control.

Vita & Vows is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Vita & Vows is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, Vita & Vows is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you in determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and items so we can assist you.
